Transferring from Out-of-County or Out-of-State

Zoned for Richey, you will need the following documents to register your child:

  • Completed Registration Packet (available for pick-up at the administration office)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Shot Record
  • Current Physical
  • 3 Proofs of Address
    • Lease
    • Water Bill / Account set-up
    • Electric Bill / Account set-up
    • Internet Bill
    • Vehicle Registration
    • Driver’s License
    • Voter’s Registration
